Role Description Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving growth in the telecom and media sectors Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager, where you'll work closely with major clients in the telecommunications and media industries to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service. You will be the key liaison between our company and top-tier clients, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. Location: Bacoor Cavite or in Mandaluyong City (On-site) Key Responsibilities Manage and grow strategic accounts in the telecommunications and media sectors Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business goals, and industry trends Act as the main point of contact for client communications, escalations, and contract negotiations Coordinate internally with technical, operations, and product teams to ensure service excellence Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client insights and market intelligence rack account performance metrics and prepare regular reports and presentations Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications Account Management and Sales skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications or media industry Strong understanding of ICT, digital services, or SaaS products Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships Experience in telecommunications and media industries is a plus Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Show more Show less
