- Manage and prioritize email correspondence.
- Receives 150 emails of which 25 are needing attention, screen emails and advise what Pete needs to reply to.
- Handle various administrative tasks to free up the owner's time
- Setting up folders in dropbox for various projects, directories.
- Organize, set up and manage schedules and appointments.
- Draft and send responses to various inquiries.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs.
- Dropbox experience
- Excel - basic to intermediate
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent in English. Good written and verbal skills
- Experience in the real estate or hotel industry is ideal
- Reliable internet connection and backup power source.
