Manage and organize calendars efficiently.
Conduct thorough research and prepare summaries or reports.
Handle data entry, tracking, and reporting using Google Sheets.
Confidently conduct and assist with interview screenings.
Provide administrative support as needed.Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant VA experience.
Ability to follow precise instructions.
Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
Confident, professional, and resourceful when interacting with candidates or tea mbers.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection.
Willingness to work night shifts under MST (Mountain Standard Time).Compensation
