
Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (APAC)

- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC, with a focus on Professional Services, and Commercial APAC Market Unit business units.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on recruitment needs, talent acquisition strategy, and process development
- Act as a strategic advisor/sparring partner to business leaders, supporting complex hiring mandates, employer branding initiatives, and proactive talent pipelining
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute global hiring strategies, ensuring regional alignment and contributing insights from the APAC market
- Partner with the Manila Regional TA Lead to co-lead regional hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market-specific nuances.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to reduce time to fill and cost to hire while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with relevant HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with workforce planning, talent development, and organizational goals.
- Lead sourcing efforts using your network, tools, and market insights to identify and engage top talent.
- Participate in candidate assessments, including psychometric and technical evaluations (e.g., SHL).
- Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives and projects as needed.
- Proven experience as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on APAC markets with preferable experience within Financial Services / Investment Management.
- A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the credibility to influence hiring managers as a trusted advisor-grounded in deep market insight and recruitment expertise.
- Outstanding sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with a proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert niche and hard-to-find talent, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and a strong personal network to build high-quality pipelines
- Expertise in salary offer proposals, including understanding of compensation strategy, compa-ratio, internal parity, and market competitiveness.
- High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in Workday logistics, job postings, candidate tracking, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making—enabling you to interpret recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and time-to-fill outcomes.
- Maturity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership, highly collaborative, dependable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, even when navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the additional ability to be autonomous and self-sufficient when required.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL) is advantageous.
