We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. Based in Manila, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across the APAC region (excluding China), ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Communication : Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. ATS Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and consistency across all supported markets. Data & Analytics : Generate and analyze recruitment data to support reporting, insights in your area of responsibility, drive continuous improvement. Interview Coordination : Manage interview logistics for complex panel interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and candidates. Candidate Sourcing & Pooling : Assist HR Staff in identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and market mapping. Pipeline Building : Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for key and recurring roles. Position Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree holder 2-4 years' experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support, especially with active sourcing and outreach in general Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn) Strong communication and organizational skills with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy Must be willing to report in McKinley West, Taguig Show more Show less
