💼 Role: ServiceNow Support Specialist🚀 What You'll Do: ⚙️ Platform Support & Configuration🎯 Incident Management: Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases within ServiceNow.
🔧 Module Enhancement: Perform break-fixes and implement configuration updates across ITSM and HRSD modules.
🧩 Technical Design: Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and scheduled jobs.
📊 Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports, Performance Analytics, KRIs, and KPIs for operational and process insights. 🔄 HRSD & ITSM Lifecycle👥 HRSD Support: Manage Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
🛠 ITSM Processes: Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
🤖 Automation: Leverage Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to automate workflows such as onboarding and offboarding. 🔗 Integration & Quality Assurance🌐 System Integration: Maintain integrations with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and IT tools (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory) via REST/SOAP APIs.
✅ Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform changes.
📚 Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.✅ What We're Looking For:✔ Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITSM and HRSD modules.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow core tables.
✔ Process Expertise: Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, HRSD lifecycle events, and HR case security policies.
✔ Compliance & Optimization: Experience in platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance.
