We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Client Support Associate to join our Facilities Management - Maintenance and Repair Department. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer and vendor service , ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include client communications, work order processing, and close collaboration with the Repair & Maintenance Team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential to ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely invoice processing, and efficient coordination of services. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-up calls or emails to clients, document feedback, and escalate issues to Account Managers when necessary. Work Order Coordination: Liaise with clients to gather required information for scheduling work orders. Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding: Research, vet, and onboard new vendors; ensure all required documentation is uploaded to SharePoint.
