Description Position at Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corp Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any business related course At least 5 years of experience in office administration, general services, or a similar support role Background in handling employee travel processing, work permits or liaison related work is preferred Experience in coordinating company events, health and safety programs, or facility-related services is an advantage Strong understanding of local labor standards and compliance requirements especially to DOLE Safety and Health reportorial requirements Experience in handling administrative support for expatriates or officers Experience in basic health monitoring processes (in coordination with a Company Nurse) Knowledgeable in housing/ accommodation coordination and vendor management Knowledge in company vehicle/ driver scheduling and monitoring is an advantage Familiarity in canteen or facility operations is an advantage Other Competencies Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Systematic/ organized, attentive to detail, able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure
