We are on the lookout for a Leasing Administration Head to be part of our Ayala Malls Corporate Leasing team Job Purpose The Leasing Administration Head is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, standardizing, and overseeing all lease administration processes and procedures across the Ayala Malls' entire property portfolio. This position leads a team of Lease Administration personnel operating as shared resources across multiple properties, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all lease-related documentation and processes while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration, or any equivalent course Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage, and desired Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Leasing administration in a retail industry on a leadership capacity Proven track record in process development and standardization Experience managing shared service teams across multiple locations Background in real estate law and lease documentation preferred Expert knowledge of lease administration principles and practices Advanced understanding of commercial real estate law and regulations Proficiency in lease management software and database systems such as Yardi or similar salesforce program Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and process mapping tools Experience with ERP systems and data integration Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Dispute Resolution, Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills: Able to assist in identifying operational challenges, developing, and implementing solutions.
