Job Description Implement analytic tools (FICO strategies or new scorecards) to minimize risk and optimize Collection resources in managing the Collections workable inventory Lead the development, review, performance monitoring and renewal of risk mitigation programs Performs credit loss forecast across all Consumer Unsecured products Provide feedback to business units on opportunities and risks in the portfolio by regular monitoring of Collections strategies and risk mitigation program performance. Ensure that modifications to analytic tools are incorporated to system changes required to implement new strategies Regularly reviews Collections strategies Mentors Senior analysts for team leader roles for Collections Risk Policy and Bureau Management Evaluate risk of use of new bureau tools and data for acquisition policy, portfolio management and collections. Develop, test, optimize and implement credit/valuation policies as well as establish cross-functional partnerships and networks in order to support and execute initiatives. Engage and negotiate with credit bureaus (Transunion and the National Bureau) and third party data providers to have optimal pricing and volume in the contract agreements and for expanded use of bureau data (ie. verification, skip tracing, bureau alerts, bureau credit and fraud scores). Monitor and track bureau usage against plan. Leads the management of system requirements and support for implementing new bureau tools and integrating them with policy and initiatives Qualifications: Strong analytical skills.
