Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThis role will serve as a system administrator for OneStream, a global consolidation, planning, and account reconciliation system, and support the monthly accounting close, consolidation and forecasting process in partnership and collaboration with members of the broader accounting and finance teams across the organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Administer user and group access, security permissions, group policies, and system monitoring to ensure seamless operation of architecture components.
  • Provide help desk support, troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement technical resolutions.
  • Monitor system health using existing management tools and ensure infrastructure requirements are met.
  • Conduct routine system audits, including data backups and recovery procedures.
  • Map new data into OneStream while ensuring governance, control, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain system stability through change management protocols, metadata procedures, and system access controls.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog of finance system changes and enhancements; lead prioritization discussions and communicate timelines and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security access policies, change management processes, and SOX/internal audit requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest OneStream features by attending relevant training sessions.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades, enhancements, or new configurations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant system administration experience, ideally in a financial systems environment.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms, such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos, or Tagetik.
  • Experience working within large, complex financial systems environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, customer service mindset.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
