 Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat or ticketing systems
 Diagnose and identify resolution for application issues
 Assist in application deployment, configuration changes and patch management
 Ensure optimal system performance.Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related course
 At least 2 years' experience in Application Support or Application Maintenance
 Experience in using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
