Purpose of the Role: Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and delivery of customer project service commitments. This includes overseeing the complete service fulfillment process from order confirmation to completion, ensuring alignment between project requirements, service execution, and customer expectations. The role coordinates with internal teams and third-party providers, manages documentation and logistics, and ensures services are delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance. Additionally, the role identifies service bottlenecks, disputes, or delivery risks and escalates them appropriately to maintain smooth operations.Key Accountabilities:

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

Business Administration / Management
Operations Management / Industrial Engineering
Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management
Project Management or related courses
Customer Service Management or other business-related fields

Preferred but not mandatory:

Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or Lean Six Sigma for process improvement
Experience or training in Customer Experience Management or Service Operations
