- Assist in creating marketing plans for assigned zones.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities.
- Develop action plans to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Support the creation of consumer campaigns, including product launches and visibility initiatives.
- Oversee deployment and implementation of activations.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Provide guidance to third-party agencies to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain relationships with key outlet owners and managers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, feeding data into strategic reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 2-3 years relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Strong oral & written communication, data gathering, insights analysis, and problem-solving
- Campaign execution, program compliance, and consumer acquisition focus
- Experience in project monitoring, sales operations, in-trade execution, and budget management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of digital tools
