- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and understand operational needs for application development.
- Utilize no-code/low-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure that developed applications are user-friendly, meet quality standards, and are scalable for future enhancements.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
- Continuously evaluate existing applications and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in no-code/low-code development and application design.
- 3–5 years of experience in no-code/low-code development
- Portfolio showcasing apps with workflow automation, reporting, or compliance tools
- Proficiency in platforms like Flowdit, AppSheet, Bubble, Make (Integromat), Retool, OutSystems, or Hubler
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in audit, risk, or compliance
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and multimedia capture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and user-centric design thinking
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) for summarization or scoring
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for extending platform capabilities
- Experience with ISO-aligned systems or QSE frameworks
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Build a greenfield product with direct input from leadership.
