Maintain Technology is on the lookout for a talented No-Code / Low-Code Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage no-code and low-code platforms to rapidly develop and deploy custom applications that enhance business processes and improve efficiency for our diverse clients.As a No-Code / Low-Code Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional applications, enabling teams to streamline operations and drive innovation without the need for extensive programming knowledge.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and understand operational needs for application development.
Utilize no-code/low-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Ensure that developed applications are user-friendly, meet quality standards, and are scalable for future enhancements.
Conduct testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
Continuously evaluate existing applications and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in no-code/low-code development and application design.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in no-code/low-code development
Portfolio showcasing apps with workflow automation, reporting, or compliance tools
Proficiency in platforms like Flowdit, AppSheet, Bubble, Make (Integromat), Retool, OutSystems, or Hubler
Strong understanding of business processes, especially in audit, risk, or compliance
Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and multimedia capture
Excellent problem-solving skills and user-centric design thinking
Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) for summarization or scoring
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for extending platform capabilities
Experience with ISO-aligned systems or QSE frameworks
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio)
