The work: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison. Your typical day will involve leading the team, making critical decisions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects Here's what you'll need: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Additional Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Cloud Enterprise Architecture, Microsoft Azure Administration - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles - Experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions - Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment - Familiarity with DevOps practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - This position is based at our Manila office. #LI-PH What's in it for you .
