Description: Human resources administrative assistants primarily manage employee records and perform basic office management tasks . They typically report directly to HR managers or HR directors and can be actively involved in the recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees. Duties and Responsibilities: - Recruitment, Selection and Training - Employee & Labor Relations - Enforce company policies, procedures and practices - Timekeeping & Payroll - Compensation & Benefits - Administrative Tasks Qualifications: - Male / Female, 25 years old and above. - Must be a college graduate or equivalent. - With at least three (3) years working experience in HR. - Flexible, with pleasing personality, excellent interaction and communication skills. - Computer literate (knowledgeable at least in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). - Willing to work with compressed schedule.
