Job Title: Key Account Specialist - Injectable Aesthetic Business Location: Philippines Department: Aesthetics / Commercial Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager Job Summary The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing strategic aesthetic clinic accounts and dermatology customers across assigned territories in the Philippines. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring stock availability, and supporting the execution of marketing and education initiatives. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Execution Develop and manage relationships with key dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and chain accounts Conduct sales calls and product detailing to educate customers on Galderma&aposs injectable and skincare portfolio Ensure adequate product availability at each account by monitoring clinic orders and inventory Deliver against monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and account penetration Clinic & Channel Support Track product movement in clinics and provide updates on stock levels Coordinate with clinics to ensure compliance with stocking agreements and marketing plans Support injectors with training events and business development activities Reporting & Insights Maintain accurate records of calls, clinic activities, and customer profiles in the CRM/database system Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports and competitor intelligence updates Provide insights into customer needs, preferences, and market trends Events & Education Support Participate in and support GAIN (Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network) workshops and educational events Assist in local implementation of medical training programs and promotional campaigns Career Level Expectations Applies working knowledge of sales practices within the aesthetic or pharmaceutical industry Operates independently with general guidance and moderate supervision Supports cross-functional coordination and works closely with marketing and medical teams Stakeholder Engagement Acts as a key liaison between the company and high-value clinic accounts Builds professional relationships to influence customer loyalty and brand advocacy Coordinates with internal teams for order processing, training, and product support Qualifications & Experience Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences) Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or healthcare sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Previous experience managing aesthetic injectables, dermatology, or specialty portfolios is a plus Working Conditions Field-based role; requires frequent clinic visits across assigned territories Occasional weekend or evening work for workshops and conferences Show more Show less
