In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly onboarding clients, building and deploying essential trade templates, ensuring robust connectivity, and supporting both testing and ongoing system enhancements.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding of clients - Requirements gathering from client and vendor, and production set upDeploying/building trade templates and jobs - Setting up necessary templates and coding to match spec fileConnectivity - Establishing connection to vendors SFTP/FTP, and updating expired keys or passwordsTesting - Trading scenarios mirror what's currently being tradedAiding support with existing clients - Adjusting/updating current trade files or recons, and implementing additional logicReview and prioritize software problems and advocate for these problems to be corrected in an efficient manner.Provide training and other support to business areas including traders, customer support teams and others.Your ProfileBS/BA degree required.
