Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management & Optimization
  • Own the daily operations and performance of our Shopify Plus stores
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site functionality, navigation, and user experience
  • Monitor and optimize internal search functionality to better align with customer behavior and marketing priorities
  • Ensure site content adheres to brand guidelines and provides a consistent visual experience
  • Content & Merchandising Updates - Manage homepage banners, seasonal content updates, and ensure timely publishing of product and collection pages in coordination with merchandising and marketing teams.
  • QA & Site Launch Readiness - Conduct regular site audits and pre-launch quality assurance checks for mobile responsiveness, broken links, app performance, and content accuracy.
  • Workflow Documentation - Maintain clear documentation of site changes, app configurations, and workflows using project management tools
  • Analytics & Tracking
  • Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 implementations
  • Ensure accurate tracking of eCommerce events, conversions, and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or drops in performance
  • Vendor & App Liaison
  • Serve as a point of contact for external partners including developers, app support teams, and Shopify support
  • Manage and troubleshoot third-party app integrations and recommend new tools as needed
  • Issue Resolution & Technical Support
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to order flows, checkout, product pages, and app conflicts
  • Log, track, and resolve bugs and outages in a timely manner
  • Site Enhancements
  • Recommend and help implement features that improve UX, conversion rates, and site speed
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to support campaign launches and seasonal promotions
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing Shopify Plus stores
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues or requests
  • Professional, can-do attitude with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with maintaining design consistency and brand guidelines
Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in User Experience (UX) design or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Light development experience including Liquid, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Shopify Scripts, custom checkouts, or B2B Shopify features
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, Lootly, Intelligems, Doofinder, Rebuy, or similar tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations)
