- Updates & print & File local BIR invoice print
- Updates Excel Tracker & Print & file Collection Receipt (CR)
- Customer CWT (2307 cert) collection
- Issue Vendor payment 2307 cert ( tracker, updating, filing)
- Receipts/Invoice Listing for Cash application
- Prepare WHT to return monthly
- Retrieve PH importation document information for SLSP reporting
- Supporting AR function (including arranging cheque pick up & Cheque banking )
- Verify staff expense claims
- Supporting Accounting/Audit (internal/external/Tax/BIR)
- Raise buy PO/ Payment Request PH + other SEA entities Finance CC invoices [as requested]
- Filing of Hardcopy vendor invoices Arrange courier service to send Invoice/CR to customer Other - ad hoc task as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Basic knowledge of BIR tax requirement
- Able to meet reporting timelines, with good time management skills.
- Able to follow guidance to manage Excel files
- Good sense of ownership, result-oriented and responsible attributes
- Good communication/administrative/coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel – basic formula/pivot
- SAP knowledge
- Comfortable in remote reporting (Singapore)
- Experience in assisting
- BIR audit inquiry
- statutory tax audit
- Support CAS registration
- WHT return
- Salary Range: 45,000 -55,000 Php
