- Updates & Print & File local BIR invoice print.
- Update Excel Tracker & Print & file Collection Receipt (CR).
- Customer CWT (2307cert) collection.
- Issue Vendor payment 2307 cert ( tracker, updating, filing).
- Receipts/Invoice Listing for Cash application.
- Prepare WHT return monthly.
- Retrieve PH importation document information for SLSP reporting.
- Supporting AR function (include arrange cheque pick up & Cheque banking).
- Verify staff expense claims.
- Supporting Accounting/Audit (internal/external/Tax/BIR).
- Raiseibuy PO/ Payment Request PH + other SEA entities Finance CC invoices [as requested].
- Filing of Hardcopy vendor invoices.
- Arrange courier service to send Invoice/CR to customer.
- Other-ad hoc task as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- Basic knowledge on BIR tax requirements.
- Able to meet the reporting timeline, with good time management skills.
- Able to follow guidance to manage excel files.
- Good sense of ownership, result oriented and responsible attributes.
- Good communication/administrative/coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel– basic formula / pivot.
- SAP knowledge.
