The Role: Head of Finance We are seeking a Head of Finance who will play a pivotal role in ensuring GOEdens financial health, compliance, and sustainability as we scale our impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic financial stewardship, safeguard integrity, and help build systems that enable us to rise together. Key Responsibilities: Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory compliance with SEC and BIR. Lead preparation for external audits and implement measures to address findings. Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and investors. Provide insights for strategic decisions, and enforce strong internal controls to prevent fraud. Risk Management: Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections. Explore bank products to optimize cash flow and generate savings. Leadership: Mentor junior finance staff, conduct evaluations, and lead annual financial policy reviews. Recommend systems and tools that enhance efficiency and scalability. You are required to work at the office in Tarlac City, and travel within Central Luzon approximately one week per month for work. What We&aposre Looking For: Education & Credentials: Bachelors degree in Accountancy with 8+ years finance/accounting experience; CPA preferred. Experience & Skills: Strong background in compliance, internal audits, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Previous leadership experience is required. Proficiency in finance systems (QuickBooks, Wave, Xero, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Attributes: Integrity, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
