Job Description Position Title: Head of Human Resources Location: Pampanga, Philippines Industry: Healthcare Position Overview The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function of a healthcare organization, overseeing the full spectrum of people operations to ensure a supportive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, labor relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and healthcare industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational objectives. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Partner with senior leadership to design organizational structures and workforce planning strategies. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements. Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies. Oversee HR systems, records management, and reporting processes. Lead learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and succession planning. Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making. Represent HR in audits, compliance checks, and external relations with government and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing HR within healthcare, FMCG, BPO, or other people-intensive industries. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence organizational strategy.
