About the Role As a Senior Technical Writer, you'll be the go-to expert for developing and maintaining technical content, online help, and instructional materials. You'll also oversee audits, manage a central knowledge database, and ensure all content meets quality assurance standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze project documentation (requirements, specs) to define content scope. Create and maintain a central knowledge base including updates, translations, announcements, and known issues. Develop training materials for various product verticals. Respond to feedback and update content accordingly. Audit existing materials to keep them accurate and up to date. Write, edit, and proofread technical and instructional content. Apply basic HTML in online help authoring. Document ticketing workflows for request management. Mentor team members and support content quality standards. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field OR at least 2 years of college (no back subjects). 8+ years in technical writing and editing online help or agent-facing content. 3+ years in training, sales, or vendor-facing roles. Experience with content management systems, requirements analysis, editing, and proofreading. Basic knowledge of HTML. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with quality assurance guidelines. Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on night shift. Good-to-Have Certification in Technical Writing or Software Documentation. Experience mentoring writers or managing content teams.
