Manufacturing Engineer

• Lead, plan, and coordinate all process activities to ensure optimal product quality within the assigned work cell
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including routers, Technical Support Documents (TSDs), and standard work instructions
• Design and implement tooling solutions that support production efficiency and product consistency
• Create and refine cell layouts to improve flow, safety, and productivity
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, planning, and other internal partners to maintain product quality and process alignment
• Investigate internal and external quality issues; lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement robust, permanent corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement through effective monitoring and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Apply CBS (Crosby, or your organization’s continuous improvement system) tools to support ongoing operational excellence initiatives
• Support the training and development of team members involved in process implementation and sustainment
• Identify and implement innovative process controls to enhance product quality and reduce variation

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment
• Proficient using Office365 applications
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams

• Functional knowledge of tool design using Solid Works a plus
