In this role, you will: Execute OCR tasks to convert unstructured data (PDFs, screenshots, text files) into clean, structured formats. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Power Automate. Build intelligent document processing pipelines, including data extraction, classification, and validation. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable automation solutions. Stay ahead of the curve on trends in OCR, AI document processing, and RPA frameworks. What we're looking for: 3+ years of proven RPA development experience (UiPath or Power Automate) Hands-on expertise in OCR and intelligent document processing (Azure Document Intelligence, etc.) Strong understanding of RPA best practices and frameworks Scripting knowledge (Python, VB.NET, or C#) a plus Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
