- Experience selling staffing services with one-time placement fees
- Strong appointment-setting track record
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong English communication skills
- Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and gatekeeper navigation
