As the team transitions to a more data-centric approach, this role will be instrumental in building foundational data capabilities, supporting reporting needs, and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture.You will:Process customer payments, refunds, and other transaction adjustments accurately and on timeLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and departmentsPrepare bank files, manage accounts filing, and process all accounts payable transactionsSupport reporting needs with accurate financial data handlingAssist in identifying automation and process improvement opportunities within finance operationsA BIT ABOUT YOUYou are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values precision, and is excited by the opportunity to build data capabilities from the ground up.You bring:1+ year of experience in accounts payable or finance administrationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAnalytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in data capabilitiesExcellent communication skills and stakeholder engagementAbility to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressureFamiliarity with financial systems or tools such as Alteryx is a plusWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEAccurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactionsStrong stakeholder engagement and smooth coordination within the finance functionClear documentation and data accuracy in financial reportingContribution to improved finance processes and data utilisationWHAT WE VALUEWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:Curious and Clever – Smart questions spark smart solutionsEntrepreneurial Energy – Think like an owner.
