We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our peopleOur client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team and play a key role in building and evolving our cutting-edge payment platform. This role is about more than just coding, we’re seeking someone who takes full ownership of the solutions they design and build, and who contributes meaningfully to our culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.As a senior engineer, you’ll mentor junior developers, help steer architectural and technical decisions, and work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that create real value for our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and testing new features for the pay.com.au platform- Collaborating with product managers and designers to create user-friendly interfaces- Optimizing application performance and scalability- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Implementing and upholding best practices for code quality and security- Collaborating with team members to share your knowledge and experience to grow the team’s capabilities and skillsetRequirements

Proficiency in AWS services
Strong experience with Node.js and Typescript
Strong experience with React and other front-end technologies
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of experience in full stack development
Experience mentoring and managing a team
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
