The Senior Account Manager for Brand Communications plays a leadership role within the agency, serving as a key strategic partner to clients and a guiding force within internal teams. As one of the primary contacts for high-level client engagements, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on long-term brand growth, campaign innovation, and relationship development. This role requires a strong command of communication strategy, project management, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead the development of strategic, insight-driven communication campaigns aligned with brand goals and market trends. Represent clients to top-tier media across print, digital, broadcast, and trade platforms. Strategically identify and lead partnerships with high-value influencers, celebrities, and KOLs. Serve as the senior strategic advisor for clients, proactively identifying communication opportunities and challenges. Lead the planning and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple brands or industries. Oversee the measurement of campaign performance across media, influencer, and digital touch points. Provide strategic counsel on reputation management and brand-sensitive issues. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in public relations or integrated communications (agency experience preferred). Demonstrated success in managing senior-level clients and leading high-impact campaigns. Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Deep network of media and influencer relationships across industries.
