We are a U.S.-based residential & commercial cleaning company with four locations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Financial Analyst to help us create a clear and realistic budget for our business.This is a one-time project with the possibility of future ongoing work in financial reporting, tracking, and analysis.Responsibilities:Review financial data provided (revenues, expenses, payroll, supplies, etc.)Build a budget that includes:Residential & commercial income forecastingOperating expenses per locationPayroll & benefitsSupplies and equipment costsMarketing and sales spendOverhead (insurance, rent, admin)Create an easy-to-read breakdown by location for performance tracking.Provide recommendations for cost savings and realistic growth goals.Deliver a master budget + location-specific budgets in Excel or Google Sheets.Prepare a simple guide so we can keep the budget updated in the future.Qualifications:Experience in budgeting, financial planning, or accounting for small businesses.Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).Ability to explain financial data in simple terms (non-technical).Bonus: Experience working with service-based businesses (cleaning, janitorial, or similar).Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.Work Schedule:Project-based (flexible hours, but deadlines must be met).Must be available to communicate during U.S. business hours (EST) as needed.Skills Required:Financial AnalysisBudgeting & ForecastingExcel / Google SheetsData AnalysisBusiness PlanningHow to Apply:
