JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. You will specialize in providing live, step-by-step support to customers setting up and troubleshooting their home security camera systems. Acting as a human setup guide, you will ensure customers get their devices up and running smoothly while also resolving any technical concerns they may have.Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with the installation and setup of security camera systems via chat, email, or phone
Provide step-by-step technical guidance, simulating a “human setup manual” experience
Troubleshoot product issues including connectivity, mobile app integration, device pairing, and firmware updates
Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 or engineering teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions
Educate users on product features, functions, and best practices
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's camera products and related accessories
Contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth post-purchase experienceTools to be Used:

- At least a Senior School graduate
- Must-have: Proven experience in remote troubleshooting and delivering technical support through call, chat, or email channels.
- With a must-have experience in any troubleshooting, remote/ call experience.
- Must have a complete work-from-home setup.
- A stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps speed.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling customer interactions.
- Excellent phone communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Job Benefits:
