We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support the order
processing department. This role involves handling customer requests, ensuring accuracy in
order management, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have
strong English communication skills, the ability to manage phone and email interactions, and
the discipline to work independently while maintaining accountability.Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage repeat customer orders through Google Sheets and internal
systems.
  • Review historical customer orders to anticipate needs and personalize service.
  • Handle customer communications via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Ensure order accuracy over speed, with a strong focus on double-checking work.
  • Collaborate with department heads and tea mbers for smooth order handling.
  • Maintain organized records and update systems with accurate order details.
  • Adapt to existing systems (training provided) while learning potential new tools as
needed.Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to double-check work.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Experience with order management or supply systems (preferred, but not required).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
