We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant - E-Commerce Store Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will manage customer service, oversee order processing, coordinate inventory, and handle back-office operations to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and care.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently through Shopify and ShipStation.
- Coordinate shipping with suppliers and monitor inventory levels to maintain stock availability.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills).
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials or visual assets using Canva (preferred).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement self-sustaining processes to optimize workflows.
- Quickly adapt to new tools, workflows, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with Shopify - **MUST!**
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel - **MUST!**
- Experience using ChatGPT to support customer service or operations.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience in coordinating shipping and managing inventory processes.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with ShipStation is a plus.
- Basic skills in Canva for creating and editing visual content.
- Prior experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
