JOB OVERVIEWRole Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant - E-Commerce Store Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will manage customer service, oversee order processing, coordinate inventory, and handle back-office operations to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and care.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently through Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Coordinate shipping with suppliers and monitor inventory levels to maintain stock availability.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills).
  • Assist in creating and editing marketing materials or visual assets using Canva (preferred).
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement self-sustaining processes to optimize workflows.
  • Quickly adapt to new tools, workflows, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with Shopify - **MUST!**
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel - **MUST!**
  • Experience using ChatGPT to support customer service or operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in coordinating shipping and managing inventory processes.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing workflows and processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ShipStation is a plus.
  • Basic skills in Canva for creating and editing visual content.
  • Prior experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
