We are proudly part of Japan Post —Market Entry & Business Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to identify key target customers, articulate capture plans and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Government and Defence sectors, with particular focus on US, Australian and alliance partner defence equities, including government officials, military personnel, and industry partners.Represent Toll G&D in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.Lead the development and implementation of innovative logistics and supply chain solutions for defence clients.Operational & Team Leadership:Recruit, build, lead and motivate a team for the delivery and management of services, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.Oversee the business unit's financial performance, ensuring adherence to budget and reporting requirements.Collaborate with colleagues to develop operational systems and procedures compliant with Toll requirements, which ensure efficiency, scalability and alignment with corporate governance.Oversee financial management, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations.Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and qualityCollaborate with the Growth and Solutions team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.Strategic Relationship Management:Collaborate closely with Australian and US colleagues in truly coordinated approaches to marketing and service delivery.Provide subject matter expertise on defence logistics, including procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges.Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government entities, indindustry bodies, and local business communities.Negotiate agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers to secure favorable business outcomes.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
