Responsibilities Monitors and ensures the achievement of sales targets through the retention of existing portfolios. Analyzes and endorses proposals to immediate superiors based on approved rate limits from Actuarial. Analyzes and recommends pricing, benefits packages, and related matters to the immediate superior to ensure account closure or renewal. Reviews and escalates pricing and benefit concerns to the immediate superior for appropriate disposition. Collates data, analyzes, and prepares client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales; updates presentation materials and correspondence, and endorses all pricing and benefit concerns to the immediate superior. Leads and ensures team training and compliance with C4C/SAP; serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation projects and departmental/division initiatives. Collaborates with stakeholders and schedules meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and partners, depending on the size and sensitivity of the account. Collates data, analyzes, prepares, and ensures the timely submission of weekly reports to the immediate superior on general sales deliverables. Experience And Training 2-5 years of experience managing key accounts, preferably in industries like healthcare, insurance, IT, FMCG, or B2B services.
