By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description The Joint Pole Agreement Regional Manager is responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and governance of joint pole use agreements between Globe and power distribution utilities (DUs), ensuring strategic alignment, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of pole-sharing arrangements to support network rollout and expansion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:PARTNERSHIP AND AGREEMENT MANAGEMENTResponsible for negotiating new JPAs and renewals with electric cooperatives (ECs), private DUs, and government-owned utilitiesReview and manage the legal and commercial terms of joint pole useMaintain an updated database of all active agreements and pole-sharing metricsNETWORK DEPLOYMENT SUPPORTFacilitate site-level clearances for pole attachments and route buildsLiaise with DUs for timely pole inspections, upgrades, or replacements when neededCOMPLIANCE & REGULATORY COORDINATIONEnsure all joint use complies with ERC regulations, NEA circulars, and local ordinances on ROW, pole attachment fees, and co-locationSubmit and track necessary permits and compliance documentsFINANCIAL & COST OPTIMIZATIONMonitor and reconcile pole rental costs, validate billing from DUSRecommend pole-sharing or underground alternatives when feasibleSTAKEHOLDER & DISPUTE MANAGEMENTServe as primary contact for resolving joint pole-related conflicts (e.g. unauthorized attachments, service delays) in his/her assigned area of responsibilityBuild strong working relationships with key stakeholders in his/her assigned area of responsibilityINTERNAL COLLABORATIONNetwork Engineering - for pole design specs and loading calculationsLegal and Regulatory - for agreement drafting and complianceFinance - for payment processing and cost validationField Operations - for pole tagging, inspection and auditEqual Opportunity Employer
