Job Title Accounts Payable ClerkJob Description Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for generating the receivables invoices and billings and recording the receipt of the payment to clear the outstanding arrears. The role is also responsible for processing payables invoices for Council Rates & Taxes.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
  • Generating invoices and billings and recording the receipt of the payment to clear the outstanding arrears.
  • Generating receivables charges based on the following format: Manual Invoice Requests from Sales and Leasing, Global Occupier and Asset Services Teams
  • Coding and receipting for all payments for C&W corporate and client bank accounts and identifying the unknown receipts and escalating these deposits to the relevant team for investigation.
  • Processing of Council rates & Taxes payables invoices to allow for payment by the due date.
  • Monthly and Adhoc Reporting of Statement of Accounts.
About You:
  • The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of Accounts Receivable/Payables ideally within a property services finance function on the JDE E1 platform.
  • The role requires individuals who are experienced with Accounts Receivable &/or Accounts Payable
  • Experience with JDE Accounts Receivable/Payable beneficial
  • 1+ years’ experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
