Job Description:Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM NZ Time)What are we looking for?Skills Required:
  • At least 3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
  • Experience handling New Zealand accounts.
  • Experience with an Accounting Software
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using Maxim or Esker Software
What will you do?
  • Enter all supplier invoices into Maxim within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Send all supplier invoices into Esker daily and out for approval with all supporting paperwork within 48 hours.
  • Proactively investigate differences between invoices, delivery dockets or purchase orders, noting relevant commentary in Esker.
  • Reconcile all proposed payments to the supplier's statements by the 5th working day and provide a payment listing to the Senior Accountant by the 13th working day.
  • Ensure that once invoices have been paid the payment status in Esker is updated immediately.
  • Present the aged payables report with comments on overdue accounts to the Senior Accountant by WD3.
  • Reconcile the Tumu Timbers bank account daily as required by coding all payments and receipts.
  • Allocate all direct credit banking daily,
  • Reconcile the bank statements to the general ledger daily.
