What You&aposll Do: Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of compensation packages across roles, job levels, and countries where CEB operates. Analyze internal trends and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Support the development and review of total rewards strategies, including base pay, variable pay, and recognition programs. Participate in job evaluation processes for new or updated roles. Administer and process end-to-end salary adjustments due to promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions. Maintain accurate and updated compensation records in the HRIS, including promotions, demotions, lateral transfers, and salary changes. Monitor and ensure timely processing of employee transactions (e.g., hiring, exits, long-term leaves) in coordination with the HR Service Provider. Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HRIS enhancements. Recommend and implement improvements to compensation processes, systems, and policies for better efficiency and employee experience. Prepare compensation reports and insights related to payroll costs, employee movements, and other key metrics. Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including SGV auditors and the Philippine Statistics Authority. Conduct annual audits of pilot and executive leave availment, verify leave conversion forms, and prepare related reports. Verify and process compensation-related documents such as maternity benefits, company loans, and secondment billings. Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and compensation-related regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation. Prepare Certificates of Employment with salary details for employees under the Executive Payroll. Coordinate with HR partners to ensure completeness and accuracy of employee documents in the electronic 201 file. Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by your immediate superior. This could be for you if you: Have 2 - 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Operations related work in a large-sized organization with local and international presence. Have a solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking. Are proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS); experience in systems like Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, or Workday is a plus. Have strong analytical and quantitative skills; confident working with data, reports, and Excel. Are highly attentive to details and accuracy, especially when dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Have a good understanding of Philippine labor laws and compensation-related government requirements (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, PSA). Have excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different HR teams and stakeholders. Have a continuous improvement mindset-open to enhancing processes and exploring automation opportunities. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented approach.
