Job Summary: The Benefits Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in the delivery, enhancement, and governance of employee benefits programs-including but not limited to HMO, Staff Provident Fund (SPF), and other vendor-managed benefits. This role leads benefit workstreams, supports strategy implementation, collaborates across internal teams and vendors, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Specialist is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and serve as a key liaison across functions. Perform project and change management activities for any Benefits related initiatives. Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned benefit programs or projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business and HR goals. Act as a central coordinator for benefit-related initiatives-translating strategies into operational deliverables. Monitor program performance and provide insights and recommendations for enhancement based on data analysis, stakeholder feedback, or market trends. Facilitate alignment and coordination with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external vendors. Drive issue resolution by identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating risks as needed. Own vendor engagement touchpoints such as quarterly business reviews (QBRs), contract/service issue resolution, and process alignment. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and benefit-related communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Recommend and implement improvements in benefit processes, tools, and employee experience touchpoints. Educational Requirement: Must have: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or relevant business experience Skills And Work Experience Must Have: 2 years of experience in project and change management related to total rewards, benefits, and compensation Analytical skills (Excel and PPT) Internal: 2 years of experience in Project and change management preferably with HR background Show more Show less
