Our Theatre Supply Chain (Contingency & Sustainment) unit plays a vital role in supporting defence operations through agile, scalable, and secure supply chain solutions. From rapid deployment to long-term sustainment, we enable operational readiness and resilience for our clients across the Indo-Pacific region. This role combines high-level business development with hands-on operational leadership. You will be responsible for building a new regional team, developing key relationships with defence and government stakeholders, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that meet the unique demands of the theatre. This is a rare opportunity to lead from the ground up—shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence in support of allied defence operations.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of entrepreneurial drive, cultural awareness, and deep experience in defence or government logistics. May suit an Ex-pat living in the Philippines looking for their next challenge with a role that makes real impact.Key Responsibilities include:Market Entry & Business Development:Develop and execute a regional growth strategy targeting key defence and government clients.Build and maintain high-level relationships with stakeholders across US, Australian, and allied defence sectors.Represent Toll at industry events, forums, and strategic engagements.Lead the design and delivery of innovative supply chain solutions tailored to defence requirements.Operational & Team Leadership:Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team focused on service excellence and innovation.Oversee financial performance, compliance, and operational systems aligned with Toll’s global standards.Ensure efficient project delivery, cost control, and quality assurance.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and client solutions.Strategic Relationship Management:Act as a key liaison between regional operations and Australian/US counterparts.Provide subject matter expertise in defence logistics, procurement, and regulatory compliance.Build strong partnerships with government, industry bodies, and local business communities.Negotiate favourable agreements with suppliers and partners to support sustainable growth.Qualifications and Essential Sills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.Proven success in market entry, business development, and operational leadership.Strong leadership and team-building experience in cross-cultural environments.Deep understanding of local business practices, regulatory frameworks, and defence logistics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
