Audit Assistant

• Prepares inventory count schedule of assigned brand, process letters/permits needed
• Monitors that all stores/brands assigned are periodically counted in a year
• Prepares and computes deduction for inventory losses to be submitted to concession for reconciliation with the promos
• Handles inventory reconciliation with sales personnel and discusses variances
• Process clearances and checks records of sales personnel before releasing clearances
• Ensures that all documents needed are in place, forwarded to Audit and properly filed
• Coordinates with concession regarding sales plan adjustments etc.
• Assists concession in evaluating condition of the stores and detects causes of losses and fraudulent acts in the store
• Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
