We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team and handle a wide range of finance and accounting functions, from managing accounts receivable and processing disbursements to ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, support both local and regional operations, and contribute to the company's overall financial health. JOB DESCRIPTION Finance: Review KYC application, including related customer master data, modifications, and relevant customer transaction terms discussing. Follow up with sales team on outstanding Account Receivable according to the SOP, attend weekly AR meeting with sales team and HQ to check the updated AR status. Prepare journal entries on bank receipts and subsequent clear against its relevant outstanding invoices. Track and collect Certificate of Withholding Tax (CWT) from customers on a timely basis. Accounting: Review and check the Disbursement application submitted by Staff for vendor and staff reimbursement, prepare the Journal entries for payment processing. Prepare journal entries for month end closing accounting works (i.e. Staff payroll, Depreciation, etc.) Provide required documentation and information for quarterly internal audits and annual external audits. Prepare monthly input VAT filings and ensure timely and accurate submission in compliance with BIR regulations. Others: Support the employees with any accounting, tax and finance related queries. Support the Country Manager for any accounting and finance duties. Support other region&aposs F&A related tasks (if needed). JOB REQUIREMENTS University Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Business, and Finance Hands-on experience in financial operations is highly valued. 3+ years of relevant experience; experience with Big Four accounting firms or multinational companies is a plus but not required (Technology industry experience is preferred) Familiarity with financial operations, such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance Good computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel. (SAP experience is a plus) A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English (able to speak in Mandarin is a plus.
