ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the execution of all client accounting services which include accounting, payroll, and compliance administration. Operations are completely cloud based, and you will work in multiple software platforms that integrate with the general ledger. Your work will directly support each client's operations, empowering their management teams, and supporting their long-term success. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute all client accounting workflows. This includes transaction entry, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, and expense report management. Execute all client payroll workflows. Execute all client compliance administration which may include 1099s, sales tax, personal property tax, and corporate fees. Complete the month-end and year-end close processes for each client by the established deadlines. Execute new client cleanup work ensuring the work is completed by the deadline provided. Maintain client standard operating procedures and notes for each assigned client. Provide prompt service on all client requests. Other tasks as assigned.
