- Checks supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected
desk. * Acknowledges and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches theChecks records for the following:
- Guest Reservation
- Guest History
- Specialized instructions * Assists guests in completing registration form, reviewing entries toensure important details are included. Responsible for following up on
incomplete details.
- Directs guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with Concierge
- Checks for and coordinates requirements like check - in venue, individual /
- Creates / reviews guest folio and accurately encodes the needed guest
date of birth, arrival / departure details, reservation source, etc * Reviews created folios, and ensures only one profile had been made per guest(merges duplicate profiles, carefully reviewing all details to ensure profile
belongs to only one guest). * Checks and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and /or endorsed to the Front Desk. * Maintains cashier's float accurately, adhering to specified procedures attimes.
- Follows up on vouchers from Travel Agencies and letters of authorization
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to work in Mactan, Cebu.
