Develop and Implement Data Policies: Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review, and enforce data governance policies aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Monitor Data Quality and Compliance: Establish KPIs, analyze data quality issues, and generate compliance reports to highlight trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Ensure Data Privacy and Security: Support privacy initiatives, enforce data access policies, and coordinate with IT and security teams to manage incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
Foster Cross-functional Collaboration and Training: Work with business and technical teams to promote policy adherence, provide training, and serve as a resource for data governance inquiries.
Conduct Data Analysis and Risk Management: Leverage analytics to assess data integrity, create dashboards, manage policy violations, and support audits with documented risk mitigation efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management, Administration, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Math, Statistics, Data Science or any related field
Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, with exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS
Familiar with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) and knowledgeable in data privacy regulations and frameworks (NPC, BSP, MAS)
Strong written communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and an understanding of banking policies
