We are seeking a dynamic Rewards and Accounting Manager to join our team and manage client portfolios, oversee service delivery, and coordinate internal and external communications. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the accounting and rewards management department A. Rewards Management Creation of rewards calendar based on the client's accumulated rewards funds. Bookkeeping of the rewards budget disbursements and keeping track of the remaining budget per respective client. Oversee the updated report prepared by the Rewards Assistant to be presented to the clients such as: Unique Crew Claim, Budget Utilization Report, Rewards Claim Handle after-sales concerns or after releasing concerns of the seafarers by coordinating them to respective suppliers. Oversee and assist the distribution of rewards to seafarers. B. Procurement Purchasing of rewards from the various online shopping platforms. Communications with various suppliers: local and international for proforma invoices and placing of order. Preparation of request for payments to be submitted to General Manager for checking. Recording of all purchases and documentation of the same for bookkeeping. C. Accounting Perform bank reconciliation for purchases and invoices. Oversees the preparation and sending of invoices, credit memo and SOA to clients upon General Manager's approval. Oversees the following up unpaid invoices and monitor the aging of receivables. Accounting of revenue and rewards budget for checking of General Manager prior to reporting to group finance director. Assist the General Manager in the monitoring and reporting of various financial reports for all management stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: Basic data entry tasks include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, preparing invoices, and creating spreadsheets. Additionally, responsibilities include handling incoming mail, preparing monthly reports, and performing bank reconciliations. Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Business Min. 2 year experience in same field Familiarity with bookkeeping and good understanding of accounting principles Detail Oriented, Friendly, Systematic, Initiative, and willing to learn Have good communication and organizational skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledgeable on QuickBooks What We Offer: Competitive salary A supportive and dynamic work environment.
