Position Summary: Innodata is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects that support in-house business teams and end users, aiming to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Monitor and maintain Information Security Compliance as per client requirements. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure satisfaction with IT services. Publish technology infrastructure health dashboard to key stakeholders on regular basis. Publish Information security compliance dashboards with key stakeholders. Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and work with IT operations teams to ensure smooth infrastructure. Ensure that IT infrastructure projects align with the client's requirements. Ability to communicate between Client, project and IT operational teams. End-User Support: Develop and implement strategies to improve end-user experience and satisfaction. Provide support and training to end users to ensure they can effectively use IT systems. Collect and analyze feedback from end users to identify areas for improvement. Performance Improvement: Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Identify and mitigate risks to project success, developing contingency plans as needed. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for future improvement Qualifications: Education: Computer Science graduate with 15+ year of experience or Computer Science diploma with 20+ years of experience in a related field. ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification would be preferable. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in managing IT infrastructure projects. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Skills and Competencies: Strong technical understanding and knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including user endpoints, networks, and associated services. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
